Ms Diane Ding is a fellow member of ACCA and a Chartered Accountant of MIA. She graduated with distinction in her Master of Business Administration (MBA, UK) and has more than 25 years of valuable working experience in various industries such as in public practices (accounting firms), Bursa listed companies and SMEs.

Diane began her career in Coopers & Lybrand (now known as PriceWaterhouseCoopers, PWC) and thereafter joined H L Hong & Co as Audit Manager. She gained valuable business exposure in auditing the various clients of listed companies, MNCs, financial institutions (banks), manufacturing, services & trading companies and SMEs. Prior to re-joining H L Hong & Co to head the Shah Alam Branch, she was Head of Finance with a listed construction company and Assistant Vice President of Astro Radio Sdn Bhd. She also has commercial experience in the advertising industry, food franchise and a manufacturing company (packaging & printing business).

Diane is passionate to support entrepreneurs achieve their vision and goals. She finds fulfillment in helping SMEs grow their businesses. Diane currently heads the audit firm branch in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. She specializes in tax planning, accounting setup, accounting outsourcing services and forensic accounting. Diane was the key speaker in several GST seminars organized by the firm. Diane is also a licensed Tax agent.
